Rory and Jen's Photo Blog

We are Rory and Jen, a husband and wife (software engineer and stay-at-home mom) who enjoy photography in our spare time. This is our photo blog, which Jen manages; we used to post a photo a day but since we adopted our son in April it has become more like a couple of photos a month. We take primarily nature photos and landscapes with the occasional cat or travel photo thrown in for variety.

I’ve been trying to capture how beautiful our small lake has been this summer and just can’t seem to get it right! This is the best I can do so far.

Thanks everyone for sticking with us! Being new parents has not left as much time for photography as we used to have, but it has been a wonderful journey so far!

New addition to our family

Our son TJ was born on Saturday morning, the day before Easter. Unfortunately, he is still in the hospital due to some issues with his digestive system, so we will not be able to resume posting photos until we get home with him (hopefully by the weekend) because we are living out of our suitcases right now and have no access to our computer.
Thanks so much for being patient with us! We appreciate your support.
